He is survived by 2 nephews, Cecil Masteller, Little Meadows, PA, Bruce Masteller, Forkston, PA; 1 niece, Faith Finen, Forkston, PA; a dear friend, Shelly-Nadine Card, Vestal. Funeral and interment services for Bob will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, July 23, 2009, at the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, Inc., St. Rt. 434, Apalachin, NY. Burial will be at the family's convenience in Vestal Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until service time at 11:00 a.m.
