Obituary of Nicholas Cardinale

Johnson City - Nicholas Cardinale, 89, of Johnson City passed away January 14, 2019 at Lourdes Hospital. Nick was predeceased by his parents, Angelo and Nina Cardinale, five brothers and sisters and their spouses, and his wives Emma Sue Kuter Cardinale and Etta Kania Cardinale. He is survived by his brother Peter (Antoinette) Cardinale, and several nieces and nephews. Nick was a Korean War Veteran, serving in the Marines from 1948 - 1952. After retiring from Kodak he was a volunteer at Rochester General Hospital, Lourdes Hospital, and at the food kitchens of OLGC and St. Ambrose. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Ambrose Church. Special thanks to Dr. Kloss and Broome Oncology for their care and support.
