Obituary of Eva Davies

Eva Antoinette Davies of Endicott formerly of Elmira Eva Antoinette Davies, 90, of Endicott, formerly of Elmira, beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend slipped quietly into the arms of her Savior and Lord on Sept. 11, 2009 at Ideal Living Center. Predeceased by husband of 68 years, James Davies; brother, Floyd Peck; sister Natalie Sherman. Survived by daughters Audrey Messenger, Mexico, NY, Janet (Chuck) Pribulick, Sykesville, MD; grandchildren, Bernard Fleming, Roxanne Fleming (Sue Reiter, DVM), Kimberly (John) De Falco, Peter (Peg) Pribulick, Jim (Carol) Pribulick, David (Rachel) Pribulick; 13 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; sister, Joyce Riley, Middlebury, CT; loving friend, Lee Reese; and many friends and staff at Ideal Living Center. She loved her family without limits, enjoyed living life to its fullest and was a pure delight and inspiration to all who knew her. A memorial service will be held 3:00 PM Sunday at the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, 300 E. Main St., Endicott. The Rev. David Parsons, Pastor of her church, will officiate.
