Obituary of Juanita M Spencer

Juanita May Spencer, 96, of Endwell, passed away on Thursday, December 10, 2020. She was born December 21, 1923 in Lathrop Township, Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania. She Is the daughter of the late Voy William Felton and Emily Rosetta (Watkins). Juanita married Howard James Spencer on July 26, 1953 in the "Little White Church", Conklin, NY. Howard James Spencer died August 19, 2003. She was also predeceased by her sister, Lois (John) Williams, brothers, Lawrence (Edna) Felton, Lynn (Emma) Felton, nephews, James Felton and Jerome Butcher. Juanita is survived by her nephew, Bill (Arlene) Williams, nieces, Sally Butcher and Bonnie (Visut) Prasarn, nephews, Jeff and Randy Felton and their families. Juanita joined the Endicott IBM Company in 1943. After transferring to IBM Owego in February of 1957, she worked as an engineering production documents specialist. She became a member of the IBM Quarter Century Club, June 28, 1968. She was an avid golfer and enjoyed bowling. After retiring, Juanita and Howard became snow birds to their condo in Fort Meyers, Florida until the death of her husband. She was a member of the Beulah Patterson Brown Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Aunt Juanita was a devoted loving wife, daughter, sister and aunt. A private service for the family will be held in Nicholson Cemetery, Pennsylvania. When I come to the end of the road, and the sun has set for me, remember the love that we shared, and that will comfort thee….
