Charlie was a wonderful person and friend that made a positive impact to many peoples lives through his friendship and scouting. I can only imagine how many scouts lives he reached out to and impacted them to becoming a better person in life. That's the kind of person he was, RIP, XO. There are 12 principles a Boy Scout lives by which is actually considered the Scout Law. "A Scout is trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean, and reverent." All leaders must have and live by a set of values. I always enjoyed visiting with Charlie and Joyce and working with him in Vestal Troop T225,.They will be in my heart forever, XO, Mike Manger
