Obituary of Ethel Elliott

Apalachin - Ethel Louise Elliott (Morden), 81 of Apalachin went to be with the Lord on March 10, 2021 after an extended battle with cancer. She is predeceased by her husband Edward (Ned) Elliott, parents Harry and Abbie Morden, brother Harry Morden, sister Dorothy Warrick and grandson Derek Kraengel. She is survived by her loving family, her daughters and sons-in-law, Ann and Tom Kipikas and Bonnie and Karl Kraengel, granddaughters and grandson-in-law; Alicia Kipikas, Stacey and TJ Holt, and Jennifer Kraengel, and her precious great grandchildren, Brayden and Zoey Holt, her adopted children: Linda and John Fulton. She is survived by her cousins Winnie Allen and Cloyde Manzer, her dearest friend Diane Vredenburgh and her "Vestal Classmates", whom she shares many wonderful times and memories. A special thank you to Gene McGowan for his friendship and support to Ethel and her family. She loved her family and friends dearly. Ethel was retired from Columbian Mutual Life Insurance Company. She had a strong Christian Faith and was a member of The Church of The Nazarene in Owego. She was known for her baking abilities and amazing cakes. Mom and dad loved square dancing, clogging and traveling. She made friends where ever she went and will be truly missed by all who loved her. The family would like to thank Lourdes Hospice and Mercy House for their care and kindness. Please consider a donation in Ethel's name to Lourdes Hospice or Mercy House. The family will receive friends on Saturday March 13, 2021 at 12 noon until 2 PM,with a service immediately following at Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, LLC., 300 East Main Street, Endicott. Burial will be at a later date for family.
