Obituary of Mary Ella Moore

Mary Ella Moore, 89, was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on August 15, 2021 while a resident of Ideal Senior Living Center. She was predeceased by her parents Valdia B. & Grace R. Moore; sister in law Jacklyn A. Moore. She is survived by her devoted brother Daniel S. (Diana) Moore, nieces Judith Seamon, Nancy (Tom) Gray, great nieces Erica Seamon, Jacklyn Gray, great nephew Bradley Gray. Mary Ella graduated Union Endicott High School, attended Alfred AG Tech College where she excelled in secretarial studies and soon became secretary to the principal of Hooper School in Endwell where she had attended as a child. Mary also worked for a public accountant and as a legal secretary for various attorneys. She was a loving and loyal caregiver to her mother and also for close friends Woodrow McTighe and later Archie McTighe. She was an avid reader, enjoyed travel and especially loved music. At Mary Ella's request services were private with burial in Riverhurst Cemetery.
