Obituary of Patricia J Rose

Patricia J. Rose, 93, of Endicott, passed peacefully on Monday, October 11, 2021 at Senior Living at Ideal. She was predeceased by her husband, George W. Rose, parents, William J. and Esther M. Smith, brother, Eugene Smith and son Todd Rose. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Timothy and Abigail Rose, Montana, son, Toby Rose (Gail Kovach), North Carolina and daughter-in-law, Ellen Rose, Endicott, grandchildren; Regina and Steve Eckert, Johnson City, Natalia and John Conaty, Lisle, Michael Rose, Ohio, Lindsay and Tim Campbell, Virginia, Amanda Rose (Mike Blankenship), North Carolina, Justin and Jennifer Rose, North Carolina and Emily and Hiro Murakami, Japan, four great grandchildren; Kahlyn, Simon, Isla and Tyler, several nieces and nephews, one special niece, Michele Beauvais-Reilly, and a special friend, Marge Platt. Pat was known as the life of the party. She enjoyed celebrating any and all occasions at her home. She played a fierce pinochle game at her kitchen table, and welcomed any friend of the family. She made deep connections with so many friends along her life's journey from working at the bank to volunteering her time at the Cider Mill. Her unwavering loyalty was a keystone of her fun-loving but tough character. She was sassy until the end with quick wit and always a laugh. Her smile will forever be remembered in all who have met her. To honor mother's wishes, there will be no services. In her memory, please consider donating to Society for the Blind.
