Zander Scott Jacobs, born on December 6, 2021, at 9:23 a.m. at Crouse Hospital in Syracuse, NY, passed into Heaven at 6:41 p.m. in the arms of his parents, Alexis and Kevin. Survived by his parents, his two big brothers, Gavin and Kolten Jacobs and a huge family of people who Love him even though they never had the chance to meet him.
