Obituary of Steven Jurick

Steven Edward Jurick age 72 of Big Flats, NY passed away peacefully on Thursday January 6, 2022 in Arnot Ogden Hospital, Elmira NY. Steven was born on August 16, 1949 in Binghamton NY the son of the late Daniel and Frances (Derrick) Jurick. He was also predeceased by his loving wife of 31 years Anita (Blochberger) Jurick. He is survived by his daughters: Lisa A Hoynowski (Amy Lok) and Susan M Hoynowski (Timothy Wilson) both of Rochester NY; several cousins and caring friends. Steven attended school at Binghamton Central High School and went onto graduate with a Bachelor of Arts from SUNY Binghamton in 1971. He worked in transportation for Bermans Motor Company Vestal NY and retired from Corning Incorporated Corning NY after 25 years. Steven's funeral service will be held at Vestal Hills Memorial Park Chapel in Vestal NY on Thursday January 13, 2022 at 1pm. Interment to follow.
