Joe was an extraordinary, brilliant man who was loved, respected and will be fondly remembered by all who met him. He helped build and connect the nation in his work of engineering and designing many of the technologies we use today. He had a passion for what he did. Joe also loved to golf, bowl, and he loved going to the casinos and playing the horses. Joe was an avid Yankees and Giants fan, but most of all he loved his family above all.
