Louise Lowe of Owego, NY Louise Lowe, of Owego, NY, died on December 9, 2009 at Wilson Memorial Hospital, Johnson City, NY. She was predeceased by her parents, Mary Rosinsky and Cosimo Signorelli; and her sister, JoAnn Banick. She is survived by her husband, Ronald Lowe, of Owego, NY; one daughter, Ronda Bowles; twin grand-daughters, Jaclyn and Jessica Kopalek, all of North Carolina; two sisters, MaryAnn and Gary Robinson, Linda and Mark Hayes, of Owego, NY; also several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
