To the Family of Joe,
I am so saddened to hear of this. He has helped me in so many ways. He always talked to me about his Family and what was on his mind. Joe was a wonderful man, and I will miss his wisdom and encouragement always. Rest in peace my friend......Do your job up there....got it?

My thoughts and prayers are with "Joe's" family and friends. We grew up across the street from the De Rosa family. Many fond memories! May Joe be united with Our Heavenly Father and his father and mother.

I had the pleasure of working with Joe at the Broome Workforce. He was an inspiring individual who always wanted to bring people together and help out in any way that he could. I will miss him tremendously and give my condolences to all his friends and his family.

Diana and family,
Please accept my family's condolences for the loss of Joe. I have many great memories of working together and the practical jokes he would pull during the long days (and nights) we spent at work. He always had a smile, and was a true gentleman.

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine on him. May his soul rest in peace. We are so sorry for your loss.

Joe and his mother and father lived across the street from us on Seminary Ave. Ram into him recently at a funeral service for a co-worker of us. He greeted me with a big embrace and we reminisced about our neighborhood days and his recent position for Broome County. RIP Joe, gone to soon and prayers to his entire family. Jim Cucci

So sorry for the loss of Joe. I know there is a gapping hole. Where there is deep grief, there was great love. The phrase that sticks in my head is from Diana. "Oh Joe" was heard numerous times because of Joes antics. ❤
