Obituary of Alice E. Ellison

Alice E. Ellison, 67, of Vestal, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, October 3, 2022. She valiantly fought a battle with metastatic breast cancer for over two years. She is predeceased by her parents, Rudolph and Eleanor Elwell, & her in-laws (Joseph) Paul and (Vivian) Eunice Ellison. Alice is survived by her loving husband of 38 years, David Ellison, children Matthew, Joshua, and Elizabeth, son-in-law Kevin Dombrosky, grandchildren Malachi(8) and Micah (4) Ellison, sister and brother in law Esther and Gary Pacheck, and their children Adam and Ethan Pacheck. Alice worked as a Medical Technologist for many years, in Philadelphia at Albert Einstein Daroff Division, and in several other hospitals. She was passionate about working with children and as a deaconness at her church, Valleyview Alliance in Vestal, volunteering for over 20 years. She loved to travel all around the continent, taking many trips with her family growing up, with friends while living in Philadelphia, and with her husband and children. Alice enjoyed going for walks, watching birds, playing card games, and spending time with her grandchildren and family.
