Obituary of Rowland D Willis

Rowland Drew Willis, 63, of Apalachin, New York, passed away on October 9th, 2022, in Binghamton, New York. Rowland was born in Oxford, New York, to Dale Willis and Marion Lally Willis on July 2, 1959. He went to high school at Oxford Academy and graduated in 1976. He went on to join the US Air Force. Rowland is survived by his wife, Debra Willis of Apalachin and daughter, Ashlee Wells, of Fort Worth, Texas. The family is not intending to have any funeral services at this time.
