Obituary of AnnMarie Purdy

On November 26, 2022, AnnMarie Purdy, of Vestal, sadly passed away at the age of 62. AnnMarie was predeceased by her parents, Donald and Ann Cole. She is survived by Kell, her husband of 42 years; children Sadie, Aubrey, Jarrett, Shakeema, Khadeja, Andrew, and Trinity; grandchildren Lucy, Hannah, Josiah, and Layne Rose; and her sister Linda (James Dunbar) and nephews Zane and Case. AnnMarie was a stay-at-home mother with a passion for talking on the phone, decorating and shopping. Some might say she single-handedly saved the economy from a recession. AnnMarie not only leaves behind family but countless friends who were like family. We are grateful that she can finally rest and that the pain she suffered for so long is finally gone. Per AnnMarie's orders (and if you know her, you know these are orders and not suggestions) the family is asking that those who wish to celebrate her life stop by the family home located at 640 Underwood Road in Vestal on Saturday, December 3rd from 3-6pm for light refreshments.
