Obituary of James Scott Corby

James Scott Corby of Apalachin James Scott Corby, 38, of Apalachin, died unexpectedly on January 2, 2010. He was the youngest son of Robert M. Corby of Apalachin and the late Joan A. Corby. He is survived by his father, Robert Corby; two brothers, Michael Berry, Binghamton, and Robert M. Corby, Waldorf, MD; four sisters, Jeanne Skibinski, Scranton, PA, Kathy Corby, Owego, Laura Corby, Little Meadows, PA, and Linda O'Shay, Dumfries, VA; also numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. A Funeral Mass will be offered Friday at 11 a.m. from Blessed Trinity Parish at St. Margaret Mary's Church, Pennsylvania Ave., Apalachin. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Apalachin in the spring. The family will receive friends at the church Friday morning from 10 a.m. until service time at 11. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to Project Paw, 127 Bevier St., Binghamton, NY 13903. Arrangements are by the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, Inc., St. Rt. 434, Apalachin.
