Obituary of Russell L. Yager

Russell L. Yager of Castle Creek Russell, 55 years old, passed away suddenly at home on February 19, 2023 from heart failure. He is predeceased by his father William Yager, and grandmothers Edna Polhemus and Winifred Yager. He is survived by his mother, Jean A. Yager, brothers Bruce (Diane), Scott (Karen), several nieces and one nephew, companion of 15 years Rachel Haines and his two cats Sweetie and Patch. Russ was a committed and highly valued printer for 38 years at Carr 2.0 and enjoyed tinkering and fixing anything mechanical. Expressions of sympathy in Russ's name may be made to the SPCA or Humane Society. Funeral Services will be held Friday, February 24th with calling hour from 4:00-5:00 p.m. and a service at 5:00 p.m. at Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, Endicott, New York. Burial for the family will be on Monday, February 27, 2023.
