Obituary of Phyllis J. Cruise

Phyllis J. Cruise passed away peacefully with loved ones by her side on Wednesday April 19th 2023. She is predeceased by her loving husband of 63 years, Earl Cruise; son-in-law, Robert Vinson Jr; and her sisters, Barbra Palmer and Kathleen Gilbert. She is survived by her children, Thomas Cruise, Lisa Vinson, Guy (Genia) Cruise, and Joanne (Harry) Werner; 11 grandchildren, Thomas, Matthew Cruise, Erica, Megan Vinson, Jacob, Emily, Hannah Werner, Megan (Brian) Oven, Dan Werner, Joseph (Rafaella) Cruise and Olivia Cruise; her brother, Mike Staurowsky and many nieces and nephews, as well as four great grandchildren, Halle and James Cruise, Charlotte and Mallory Oven. Phyllis worked for various retail stores over the years. She loved spending time with family, watching polka and the Yankees on TV. She enjoyed word searches, crafts and playing her favorite card game, scat. She will forever be in our hearts. Calling hours will be at Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, 300 East Main Street, Endicott, NY on Saturday May 13thth from 3-4pm with a service to follow. A luncheon will be announced by the family.
