Obituary of Rebecca Lord

Rebecca "Becky" Lord was called home by God as she slept. Becky was the best wife, mother, sister, aunt and grandmother that any family could hope for. She was unwavering in her support of family which helped us to raise three wonderful kids and grandkids, not to mention her effect on neices and nephews as well as our children's friends who still to this day spend a lot of time with us. Becky loved working, first 21 years as a waitress at Pizza Hut then 10 years as a monitor at Clayton Ave in the Vestal School District where she was able to work with her daughter. Becky was predeceased by her mother and father Jack and Teresa Ryan, siblings John, Bobbie and Joe, and her much loved nephew Gage Goforth. Becky is survived by her husband of almost 38 years Gene. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren Tina, Rob, Kaylee and Collin Atticks; Jason and Aedan Prince; and Wilson Lord. She is also survived by her sister Renee and Scott Goforth, sister in law Linda and Tom Connors, her nephew Josh Ryan and his girlfriend Dianna and the newest light of her life Josh's daughter Dottie Frances or Dottie Fran as she loved to call her, and her niece Bridget and her children and grandchildren. Per Becky's wishes there will be a private family graveside service at the convenience of the family.
