To Ed’s family,
This year my Christmas card was returned, so I started to look at why. I found that Ed passed away this year. It makes me sad and I grieve for your loss. I know Ed from Nassau Community College, where he was a truly fine educator and Chair of my department. He was a man of honor and integrity and loved by his department! I retired 2 years ago, after 30 years. I continued to send Christmas cards and he, too would send me cards over the years, always saying how he appreciated me for remembering him. He was a great guy and I will miss his cards. He always said his family was the best and took great care of him. I am truly sorry for your loss, but know he went straight to Heaven!
