Obituary of Betty Lou Biles

Betty Lou Biles of Vestal Betty Lou Biles, a teacher for forty-two years in the Binghamton and Endicott School Systems, passed away on Saturday, January 30, after an extended illness. She was born on April 1, 1928. She was predeceased by her parents, Ralph and Esther Robbins; and brother, Ralph Robbins. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Robert Biles; a son, Kevin Biles (Graham, NC) and wife, Cindy Biles; a daughter, Heather Miglets (Arlington, TX) and husband, Larry Miglets; granddaughters, Julia Miglets and Victoria Miglets. At the wishes of the deceased, there will be no viewing. The family will hold a private memorial service. In lieu of flowers, friends wishing to make memorial donations may send them to Best Friends Animal Society ( www.bestfriends.org).
