Obituary of Nancy J Way

Nancy Way, 85, left us to join her sweetheart in heaven on Valentine's Day, February 14, 2024. She was predeceased by her husband, George Way, her parents, Kenneth and Esther Entz, brother, Harry Entz and her son, Timothy Way. She leaves behind sons Kenneth (Ena) Way and George (Kathy) Way and grandchildren Joseph, Shawn, Joshua (Way), and Tina Burdick and their families, as well as many cousins, nieces, and nephews. Nancy was a hard worker in and out of the home and worked at Robintech and Ametek Corp. among others. She loved living on her farm and the lifestyle it involved. She touched people's lives in ways that she never knew with her strong, generous and confident spirit. Nancy was fiercely independent, even to the point of still filling the wood box for her fireplace this winter. She was a very sweet soul and all who knew her, loved her. In recent years she really enjoyed time with her friends in her exercise group as well as going to the Polish Club, Friend's Diner and the Octagon Inn for meals and conversation. Mom/Nancy was the rock of our entire family. It was through her that we all kept in touch with each other. She will be dearly missed by all. Funeral Services will be held Friday February 23,2024 at 1 PM from the Coleman and Daniels Funeral Home, LLC,300 East Main St, Endicott. Burial will Be in Maine Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home Friday from 11 AM until service time at 1.
