Obituary of Bryan L. Funk

Bryan L. Funk of Endwell Bryan L. Funk, 90, of Endwell, died Monday evening at his home. Bryan is survived by his wife, Jean L. Funk of Endwell; a son, Roger of California; a sister and brother-in-law, Louise and Dr. J.O. Simington of Berwick, PA; also several nieces and nephews. Bryan was a former employee of IBM, owned and operated the Big "M" Market in Endicott. He was a graduate of Benton High School, Benton, PA and served with the U.S. Navy during WWII. He was a member of Elks Lodge 1977 and held many offices in Lodge, including Exalted Ruler of Elks Lodge 1977. He was a retired Retail Sales Representative with New York Food Brokers. Bryan was a member of the Endwell United Methodist Church. The funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m., Friday at the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, 300 E. Main St., Endicott. The Rev. Roger Richards, Pastor of the Endwell United Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Riverhurst Cemetery. The family will receive friends 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., Friday at the funeral home.
