William (Bill) Neill,76, of Endicott, was called home to his Lord and Savior on July 20,2024. He was predeceased by his wife Nadine, He is survived by his Sister-in-Laws, Wilda (Warren) Slater, Kathy (Ray) Parks, and Nina Haight. Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family. There will be no calling hours.
