Obituary of Judy A Taylor

Judy A. Taylor, 72, of Apalachin, New York born August 27, 1952 was called home September 19th, 2024, after long and very courageous battle with ovarian cancer and MDS. She was pre-deceased by her parents, Francis and Lorraine Swackhammer Brothers, Mark Roy and Bruce and infant sister Rose. She leaves behind her son Bill & his wife Kathy Taylor of Binghamton, NY & Her 3 grandsons who are the absolute light of her life and their spouses Joey, Corey and Wayne .All 10 1/2 of her great-grandchildren whom she wanted so badly to watch grow up.Her sisters Katherine ,Eve(John) & Brothers John & Phillip.

Her companion and their fur baby Ralph and Digger and his entire family. Several nieces nephews & friends. Just know that she loved you all. Judy was an avid garage saleer who Loved a great deal. It was her greatest Joy buying something for one of her grandchildren, friends or a family member just to put a smile on their face. Judy worked at Amphenol in endwell, NY and retired from Lockheed Martin in Owego, NY. We'd like to give a Very special Thanks to Broome Oncology and the entire staff, doctors and all the kind people there that helped us get through the roughest time of mom's life. To Guthrie hospice for guiding us through the last two weeks of her life and making things more comfortable for her at home to her special nurse. Nikki thank you for all your kindness and generosity being there ..And to Mom's very first home care nurse when she became diagnosed Reed There is not enough words to put in an obituary to how much you meant to our mother and to us and for being there by our side at the end when we needed you the most . We were truly blessed by all the kind and caring people that helped throughout her journey. To all her special friends to whom she was very close with please know that mom adored and treasured each and everyone of your friendships. We will have a small memorial for Mom at New Life ministries Endicott New York on Saturday, October 5th 2024 . Calling hours will be from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with a small service to follow, we'll meet in the hall for a luncheon. Please feel free to bring a dish to pass as it would be greatly appreciated. Come help us celebrate Mom.
