Suzanne was my wife's (Susan Siglin's) mother. She was an exceptional person who deeply loved her family. Suzanne was a very determined individual who devoted her life to the advancement of her children. She also had a kind and welcoming heart. I clearly remember that Suzanne and her late husband, Nick, treated me with kindness from the first moment we met (and I was just "the boyfriend" dating the lovely daughter)!!! I recall thinking, these folks are amazingly nice, what's up with that?!? I eventually realized that they were just kind-hearted humble people. I will miss Suzanne much as I miss the Dad, Nick. I feel privileged to have had them as my mother and father-in-law.
