Stanley Robert Buchinski Obituary

Stanley (Stash) Buchinski, 86, of Endicott, NY, passed away December 6, 2024. Stanley was born in Mayfield, PA on April 2, 1938 of the late Thomas and Barbara Buchinski. He was a Penn State graduate and retired from IBM Owego after 30 plus years.


He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying many years of hunting, fishing and mushroom picking with his son. He enjoyed traveling, taking several family vacations and especially the trip to New Orleans with his wife. He enjoyed sitting in "his" chair with his headphones listening to Polkas, his favorite music, was a member of Binghamton Polka Paraders for years.


He was preceded in death by his three sisters and four brothers.


He is survived by his wife Carole Buchinski; daughter Laurie Kugler; granddaughters Geneveve and Julianne Kugler; son Jeff Buchinski, and brother Adolph Buchinski.


A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday January 11, 2025 at 10 a.m. at St. Ambrose Church, Endicott. Entombment will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends on Saturday at St. Ambrose Church from 9 a.m. until the time of the Mass.
