Obituary of Helen Hinkley

Helen Layno Hinkley of Endicott Helen Layno Hinkley, of Endicott, went to be with our Lord on March 26. She is predeceased by her husband, Ernest W. Hinkley; parents, Mary (Hamarich) and Andrew Layno; sisters, Mary Paulhamus, Ann Isenburg, Judy Gilmore; and brother, John Layno. Mrs. Hinkley is survived by her special niece, Patti Matys, Matthews, NC; and nephew, Kyrle (Mike) Isenburg, Endicott; several other nieces; great-nephews, Michael Matys, Matthews, NC, James D. Matys, Indian Trial, NC, Michael Isenburg, Johnson City, Patrick Isenburg, Endicott. She was a longtime resident of Endicott and, over her career, had worked for L.F. Hamlin, IBM, Collingwood Shoe, and the Village of Endicott. Per Mrs. Hinkley's request, there will be no funeral. A Memorial Service will be held at the convenience of the family.
