Obituary of Robert Patterson

Robert (Bob) Patterson of Endicott Robert (Bob) Patterson, of Endicott, died peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Monday, March 29, 2010. Bob is survived by his beloved wife of 51 years, Theresa (Dolly); his children and their spouses: Tracy and Ed; Dr. Bob and Paige Patterson; Carol and Tom Cassin. Also surviving are his grandchildren: Caitlin, Brianna, Melanie, Noelle, Daniel, Emily and Brendan, who were the light of his life. After serving in the US Army, he joined IBM and enjoyed a long career. He retired from IBM a member of the Quarter Century Club and Lockheed Martin. He was a member of American Legion Post 82 and BPOE 1977 of Endicott. He will be remembered for his quick wit, compassion, love, patience and dedication to his family and friends. His kindness and sense of humor touched everyone he met including the staff at Wilson Hospital who we cannot thank enough for the care and love they showed him. In keeping with Bob's wishes, there will be no calling hours and a private funeral will be held at the family's convenience. We thank you for your thoughts and prayers.
