Obituary of Marilyn A Donath

Marilyn A. Donath, of Syracuse Marilyn A. Donath, 69, passed away peacefully July 4, 2010. She was predeceased by her parents, Raymond J. and Elnora Donath of Syracuse, NY; also a son, Steven Rhinevault of Vestal, NY. She is survived by three daughters and two sons-in-law, Wende and Glenn Pilling, Vestal, NY, Deborah and Robert Mallen, Spencer, NY, Rebecca Longo, Owego, NY; her seven grandchildren whom she loved, Valerie and Jessica Bannister, David and Michelle Murray, Michael, Jonathan, and Thomas Pilling, and Lauren Williams; also her great grandchildren, Ethan, Abby, Gabby and David Jr.; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Judith and Robert Bogan, Elaine Forian; and brother Raymond Donath Jr. Marilyn was a retired RN, and enjoyed reading her Bible, gardening, bird watching, and loved and adored her companion cat, Samantha. She was an avid Dallas Cowboy fan. A Memorial Service and a gathering of friends and family, and a light lunch will be held on Saturday July 17, 2010 from 1:00-3:00 P.M. at the Vestal Elks Lodge #2508, 2071 Vestal Parkway West, Vestal, NY. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to Vets First United Spinal Assn., 54 Nashua St., Milford, NH 03055.
