Obituary of Isabelle Wage-Sindon
Isabelle Jean Wage-Sindon
Our sweet angel, Isabelle Jean Wage-Sindon, as well as her father, Joseph Sindon, and her paternal grandfather, Robert Sindon, went to be with the Lord on December 4, 2010. Isabelle was born on November 10, 2006, and from the moment she entered the world, her strawberry hair, beautiful bright eyes and infectious smile lit up a room and touched everyone and anyone who knew her. Isabelle loved to go to the movies, read, color, play with her dress-up, playing with her sister, her cousins and all of her friends in Kindercare. Isabelle had a creative, spunky and fun personality, and she loved the Disney princesses. Depending on the day of the week, Isabelle would tell you she was Ariel, she was Belle, or she was Pocahontas. Isabelle also loved to go bowling, and whether she knocked down all the pins or none, she loved to yell "I did it!" Isabelle is survived by her mother, Teresa Wage-Harrington; her step-father, Joshua Harrington; her step-sister Erzsebet (Lizzy) Varga-Harrington; her grandparents, Lana (Babbitt) Banner, John (Rick) Barton, David and Christy Banner, and Darlene Sindon, Linda Farrow; and her great-grandfather, Robert L. Wagner. Other people who were blessed to have Isabelle touch their lives include several aunts, uncles and cousins: Tony and Colleen Barton (Braedyn), Lisa DeMilio, Pete and Sonya Rundell (Ryan, Jessica, Alana, Kate, Michael), Bonnie Babbitt and Jan Barrows (Sarah), Robert and Carol Babbitt (Erika, Ashley, Teagan, Dalton), James and Cassandra Babbitt (Fiona, Ian, James, Hilary), Robert and Rebecca Boyer (Amelia, Sara, Cecilia, Robert, Christopher), Tonya Burns (Corine, Katie, Nia, Gabriel), Anthony Sindon (Hannah, Christian), Angelo Sindon, and Robert Sindon (Jacob). Isabelle also touched the hearts of her extended family, The DeMilios, The Banners, The Sindons, The Bartons and The Harringtons.
Services to celebrate the light that was Isabelle's life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 11, 2010 at the First United Methodist Church of Endicott, located at 53 McKinley Ave., Endicott, NY. The family will receive friends and visitors on Friday, December 10, 2010 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, 300 E. Main St., Endicott, NY. In lieu of flowers, family is requesting that monetary gifts be made to the Isabelle Wage-Sindon Contribution Account at Visions Federal Credit Union to aid in the funeral expenses as well as to assist the Southern Tier AIDS Program in providing smoke detectors for homes that are in need. The family invites you to join us to honor our princess following the funeral service. All are invited to a luncheon at the church.
