Obituary of Frank S Brhel

Frank S. Brhel Of Endicott Frank S. Brhel, age 83 of Endicott, died peacefully at home Saturday, March 5, after a brief illness. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Barbara (Rought), his children James (Cathy) Morrisonville, NY, Richard (Jeanne) Rochester, NY and Bonnie (Bill) Ely Laceyville, PA, 2 grandsons, 5 granddaughters and 5 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister Eva Olsofsky of North Carolina, many nieces and nephews, close friends Milt (Gladys) Jump and Joan Spadine. Frank was a generous man who loved his family and friends. He served his country dutifully in the aftermath of WWII where he was stationed in Germany. Dad will be missed for some of his comical one-liners. The family extends thanks to the staffs at VA Medical Center in Binghamton and Syracuse and Wilson Hospital. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Endwell United Methodist Church 3301 Watson Blvd. Endwell, NY 13760. Viewing will be held on Monday March 7 from 2-5 at Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, 300 E. Main St., Endicott and Tuesday March 8 from 10-11 at Endwell United Methodist Church followed by funeral services at 11 a.m.
