Bastine (Bucky) DeLello
Endwell: Bastine (Bucky) DeLello, 99 of Endwell, joined his loved ones in Heaven Tuesday, May 24, 2011 in the comfort of his home surrounded by his loving family. He was predeceased by his wife, Florence on 4/17/2011; daughter, Judy DeLello; grandson, Jeffery (Bullock) DeLello; and siblings, Pasquale (Patsy), Dominick, Raphael, Lucy and Diane. He is survived by daughters, Maria Busch, Binghamton, Tina (Larry) Minni, Tucson, AZ, grandchildren, Mark (Michelle) Busch, Paul (Stacey) Busch, Steven (Tara) Busch, Kevin Busch, Lucas & Chelsea Minni; great-grandchildren, Chloe & Katie Busch and Cole Busch; step-grandchildren, Jessica (Ian) Painter, Rachel (Marco) Cervoni; step great-grandchildren, DeLaney and Drew Painter. He is also survived by his brothers Joe (Tommy) DeLello and Frank DeLello; sister-in-law, Jennie Dyer and several nieces, nephews, cousins and many special neighbors and friends. Bucky worked 30 + years for the D&H Railroad before becoming proprietor of DeLello's Restaurant and the Blue Haven Restaurant in Johnson City. Bucky loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing, hunting, and especially helping out his neighbors, friends and family. He was a member of the American Legion and a WWII veteran. He is a member of St. Joseph's Church in Endicott. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Hospice for their loving care and support. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in Bucky's memory may be made to Lourdes Hospice 4102 Old Vestal Road, Vestal, NY 13850 or to a charity of your choice. A Funeral Mass will be offered Friday at 1 p.m. from St. Joseph's Church Hayes Ave. Endicott. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Bainbridge, NY at the convenience of the family. The family will receive friends at the Church Friday from 11 a.m. until service time at 1 p.m. Arrangements are by the Coleman and Daniels Funeral Home 300 East Main St, Endicott.
