Obituary of Clifford Ruddick

Clifford R. Ruddick Of Vestal Clifford R. Ruddick, 91, of Vestal, died Wednesday, September 3, 2008 at the Northwoods Nursing Home in Cortland, NY. He was predeceased by his wife, Florence in 2006 and a daughter, Gail Koulandris. He is survived by his son, Gregory and family, Homer; a daughter, Charlene, Endicott; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a sister, Faith McKrell, Binghamton. He was a member of the Vestal United Methodist Church, a Veteran of WWII serving in the U.S. Army, a member of VFW of Owego and American Legion Post #1700 of West Endicott and the Carpenters Local Union. Funeral Services will be held Monday at 1:00 p.m. from the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, Inc., 300 E. Main St., Endicott. The Rev. Michael K. Willis, pastor of his church, will officiate. Entombment will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Monday, from 12:00 Noon until service time at 1:00 p.m.. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to the Vestal United Methodist Church, 328 Main St.., Vestal or to the American Cancer Society, 31 Adams Ave., Endicott, NY
