Obituary of Marcia Ann Pollock

Marcia Ann Pollock Vestal: Marcia A. Pollock, 63, of Vestal, died after a brief illness, Monday, June 13, 2011. She was predeceased by her parents, George and Jewel Mather; her husband, Donald Pollock; and two sisters, Gerilyn Escott and Sherry Klein. She is survived by her three children, Warren Rincavage and his partner, Tom McNamara, Jeffrey and his wife, Janna Rincavage, Heather and her husband, Michael Vita; grandchildren, Cassandra Rincavage and Caroline Vita; a sister, Phyllis Mather; nieces and nephews, Bonilynn and her husband, Scott Forconi, Michael Klein, John Philley and Kimberly Danks; great-nieces, Saralynn and Katilynn Forconi, Karley Philley; and also her beloved pets Niki, Lily, Leo and Abby. She was an enthusiastic aquarium hobbyist and enjoyed gardening, history and spending time with family. Her children and grandchildren were her pride and joy. A Memorial Service for Marcia will be held on Thursday, June 16, 2011, at 12:00 noon at the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, 300 E. Main St. in Endicott. The Rev. Susan Davis, Pastor of the First United Methodist Church of Endicott, will officiate. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 12:00 noon at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the Humane Society, 2 Jackson Street, Binghamton, NY 13903 or to the Front Street Dog Shelter, 110 Cutler Pond Rd., Binghamton, NY 13905.
