Obituary of David F Luce

David F. Luce Sr. Formerly of Johnson City: David F. Luce, 75, formerly of Johnson City, passed away Monday, August 15, 2011, at his home in Caledonia, MS. He was predeceased by his wife of 40 years, Marie Luce; his mother, Barbara; and stepfather, Larry; and his best friend, Carl Heeman. He is survived by his children, David F. Luce Jr. of Florida, Allen and Pam Luce of Johnson City, Terry Gracin of Caledonia, MS, and Tina M and Larry Piech of Moorsville, NC; his grandchildren, Billie Joe, Brandy (Matt), Erick, Kyle, C.J., Jeremey, and Samantha; eight great-grandchildren, of which he had a special bond with his great-grandson, Carson; several nieces and nephews. He leaves behind his cats, Pebbles, Chance and Cinnamon. He was a retired employee of Vail-Ballou Printing Press of Kirkwood. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. from the Coleman and Daniels Funeral Home Inc., 300 East Main St., Endicott. The Rev. Arthur Penird will officiate. Burial will be in Spring Forest Cemetery, Binghamton. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home Tuesday from 11 a.m. until service time at 1.
