Obituary of Diane Squier

Diane Squier Diane Squier, 72, of Apalachin went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 20, 2011 at Ideal Nursing Center, Endicott. She is predeceased by her parents: Willard and Thea Pritchard, her mother and father in law: Gideon and Thelma Squier. She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years; Robert, Apalachin. Her children and their spouses; Pamela and George Luhrs, Apalachin, Dr. Robert Squier II, Saranac Lake, NY, Deborah and Michael McFadden, Brazil, IN, Robin and Thomas Marzo, Owego, NY, Randall and Maureen Squier, Coxsackie, NY. 10 Grandchildren; Christopher, Matthew (Teri), Sarah, Billy, Megan, Andrew, Kristin, James, Margaret and Maeve. One great grandson Andrew. Diane worked for many years as a Teacher's Aide for the Owego Apalachin School District. She was a member of the Apalachin Volunteer Fire Dept. Ladies Auxillary. Diane enjoyed spoiling her grandchildren and taking weekend trips with her husband. Funeral services for Diane will be held on Monday, October 24, 2011 at 11 am from the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, State Route 434, Apalachin with the Rev. Thomas W. Briggs Sr, Pastor of the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church of Apalachin officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Apalachin. The family will receive their friends on Sunday from 4 to 7 pm at the funeral home.
