Obituary of Irene C. Paquette

Irene C. Paquette Apalachin, NY: Irene C. Paquette, 87, formerly of Holyoke, MA went to be with the Lord on Friday, December 16, 2011 at her home in Apalachin. She was predeceased by her parents, Frejuis and Alma (Foy) Brouillette, her husband, Ralph Paquette and her brother, Ernest Brouillette. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Ralph and Cheryl Paquette, Apalachin, NY and a daughter and son-in-law, Carol and Robert Daigle, Virginia Beach, VA, 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. She retired from Steigers Department Store in Holyoke, MA after 30 years. A funeral mass will be offered on Monday, December 19, 2011 at 11:00 am from Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 157 Clark St., Vestal with Father John Kurgan officiating. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, South Hadley, MA. The family will receive their friends on Monday morning from 9:30 until 10:30 am at the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, 300 East Main St., Endicott, NY. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to Lourdes Hospice, 4102 Old Vestal Road, Vestal, NY 13850.
