Obituary of George W. Buchler

George W. Buchler Jr. George W. Buchler Jr., 63 of Endicott, passed away on Sunday, May 27, 2012 at Wilson Memorial Hospital. He was predeceased by his father, George Buchler Sr. his mother Carmella Quirello and a sister, Carol Buchler. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, MaryLou Buchler. His children and grandchildren; Kim Rhodes (Brian) and Michaela, Gabriel and Marisa. Kelly and Louis Pittarelli and Audrey and Drew. Kathy Evans (Jack) and Micheal and Zachary. Tamie Buchler (Mark) and Britney and Austin. His sisters; Linda, Marjorie, Delores and Jerrolyn. Several special aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Special close friends, Walter and Joan Miller and Thelma and Marty Hendrickson. George was a 1967 graduate of UE and attended Broome Technical Community College. George worked with his father who owned the Topper in West Corners as a bartender until it's closing. He also worked for EMT, Endicott and IBM Endicott. We would also like to thank the staff at Wilson Memorial Hospital, physicians, nurses and aides on ST5 and ICU. Special thanks to Dr Christine Fenlon and Janet. Funeral Services for George will be held on Saturday, June 2, 2012 at 1:00 PM from the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, 300 E. Main St. Endicott. Interment services will be held in Vestal Hills Memorial Park at the convenience of the family. The family will receive their friends on Saturday at the funeral home from 11:00 am until service time at 1:00.
