Obituary of James C. Davis

Davis, James C. James (Jim) C. Davis, 86, passed away on June 20, 2012 at Wilson Hospital. He is predeceased by his parents, I.N. and Janie Faye Davis and survived by his beloved wife of 64 years, Helen; and his four daughters, Peggy (Ken Fleming), Pat (Paul Jebbett), Mary, and Becky; and four grandchildren, Steve, Mike, Kevin and Katie. He had a special fondness for animals, especially his dog, Churchill. Jim was a retired employee of IBM Owego, a graduate of Texas A&M, and a World War II Naval Veteran. Plans for a memorial service are pending. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Park Terrace United Methodist Church, 30 Glann Road, Apalachin, NY 13732. Arrangements are with Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home.
