Obituary of Frank E. Howland

Howland, Frank E. Port Crane: Frank E. Howland, 77 of Port Crane, passed away on Tuesday, July, 10, 2012 at Lourdes Hospital. He was predeceased by his parents Walter and Florence Howland. He is survived by his wife, Crystal J. (Fisher) Howland. His children, David Howland, Tokyo, Japan, Debra (Charles) Williams, Binghamton, a granddaughter Nicole Williams, Binghamton, a sister, Nancy Williams, Sisters, Oregon, his step children; Nancy (Larry) Harvey, Dale Williams, Gary Hunter, Beth (Matt) White, also Frank's lifetime childhood friend, Tom Hodges, Vestal. Frank was a member of St. Mark's Episcopal Church, River Road, Chenango Bridge, NY. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, July 16, 2012 at 12 noon from St. Mark's Episcopal Church, 728 River Road, Chenango Bridge, NY, with the Rev. Mark A. Giroux officiating. The family will receive their friends at the church on Monday from 11 am until the time of service. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in Vestal Hills Memorial Park.
