Obituary of Jane E. Thompson

Jane E. Thompson Jane Elaine Pangburn Thompson, 69, peacefully left this earth on Saturday, September 29, 2012, to the open arms of her adoring mother Alberta Pangburn. She was surrounded by her beloved children who helped guide her home. Jane is survived by her most prized possessions: her daughter, Laurie Thompson; sons, Timothy Thompson (Kirsten), Terry Thompson (Erin), Troy Thompson (Laurel); and caregiver and daughter Lynne Thompson, thirteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren. All that knew her will never forget her compassionate loving ways, unique sense of humor and her willingness to help others and all of God's creatures big and small. She was blessed with intelligence, creativity and artistic ability. Jane enjoyed her many callings in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She also proudly served those in need as a caring Registered Nurse. She was happiest spending time with her children, grandchildren and her four legged friend Annie. Her celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 5, 2012 at 12:00 p.m., at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 305 Murray Hill Road, Vestal. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will follow at Vestal Hills Memorial Park, Vestal. Arrangements by Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, Inc., Endicott.
