Obituary of David A. Hoag

David A. Hoag Endicott: David A. Hoag, 73, of Endicott, died Wednesday, October 17, 2012, at his home. He was predeceased by his parents, Charles and Lillian Hoag; 2 sisters, Lorraine Brown and Katherine Estes; brother, Harrison Hoag. He is survived by his wife, Jeanne Hoag; daughter and son-in-law, Pam and Tim Dougherty; and his 3 grandchildren who were the loves of his life, Tara, Colleen, and Alex Dougherty; brother and sister-in-law, Seymour and Ellen Hoag; sisters and 2 brothers-in-law, Althea and Tom Williams, Kathleen Saliby, Marilyn and Ron DeVita, Carol Lyons; and several nieces and nephews. He was a retired employee of Ozalid and GAF, and the Union Endicott School District serving as a bus driver. He was a veteran of the US Army, serving from 1955-1958. Funeral services will be held Friday at 1 p.m. from the Coleman and Daniels Funeral Home Inc., 300 East Main St., Endicott. Entombment will be in Riverhurst Cemetery, Endwell. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home Friday from 11 a.m. until service time at 1.
