Obituary of Donald Bassett

Donald E. Bassett Vestal: Donald E. Bassett 88 of Vestal, loving husband and father, passed away on Friday, January 11, 2013 at Susquehanna Nursing Home. He was predeceased by his parents Fay and Matilda Bassett and his sister Jean Veradt. His is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Ursula Bassett, his daughter and son-in-law; Patricia and Michael Cannon and his son; Neil Jay and a grandson; Charles Cannon. He was a veteran of WW II serving in the US Navy and was an avid New York Yankee fan. Memorial Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are with the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, Vestal.
