Obituary of Mildred Watkins

Mildred (Millie) Watkins Mildred (Millie) Watkins, 80, of Endicott, passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2013, at home surrounded by her family. She was predeceased by her parents Sam and Anna Goldstein. She is survived by her husband George of 55 years; a sister, Miriam Gravel; three daughters, Patty, Tonya, Tammy (Vince Briga), and a son, George (Lisa); five grandchildren, Elise and Julia Grose, Vince Briga, Shayne Watkins and Shawn Santos. She retired after 17 years from Endicott Johnson Shoe Factory. She enjoyed shopping and loved spending time with her grandchildren. We would like to send a sincere thank you to Lourdes Hospice for their loving and compassionate care of Mildred. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 12:30 p.m. at the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, Inc., 300 East Main Street, Endicott, with Rev. Mark Marino, pastor of Central United Methodist Church of Endicott officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to call from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 28, 2013 at the funeral home.
