Obituary of Tammy Jo Eldridge

Tammy Jo(Price) EldridgeLoving Wife and Motherof Marathon Tammy Jo (Price) Eldridge, 44, of Marathon, died Saturday, January 10, 2009, as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident in the town of Maine. Tammy was born May 1, 1964 in Hornell to Russell and Deanna (Thomas) Price. On September 27, 1986 in Endicott, she married Peter Eldridge. She was a graduate of Jasper Central School Class of 1982. She had lived in Maryland for 14 years and had been a child care provider in the Maryland area before moving to Marathon in 2008. She had attended the Faith Baptist Church in Cortland. Survivors include her husband, Peter Eldridge, Marathon; daughter, Brittany Eldridge; sons, Peter and Cody Eldridge, all of Marathon; her parents, Russell and Deanna Price, Woodhull; mother and father-in-law, Carl and Sharon Eldridge, Endicott; seven brothers, Merritt (Julie) Price, Salisbury, Md., Thomas (Britt) Price, Jasper, John (Julie) Price, Atlanta, Ga., Bill (Karalea) Price, Jamestown, Bob (Joanna) Price, Painted Post, Trevor Price, Jasper, and Sam (Marybeth) Price, Lynchburg, Va.; five sisters, Laurie (David) Black, Forest, Va., Marita (Todd) Saunders, Nathalie, Va., Rhonda (Mike) Pickard, Greenwood, Mo., Amy (Tim) Rossman, Lynchburg, Va., and Megan (Richard) Harrell, Concord, N.C.; two brothers-in-law, Carl (Leslie) Eldridge and Andrew Eldridge, all of Endicott; and nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral and interment services will be held Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. from the Coleman and Daniels Funeral Home, Inc., 300 East Main St., Endicott. The Rev. Victor Perry will officiate. Burial will be in the Glen Aubrey Cemetery in the spring.
