Obituary of William Ingersoll, Sr.

William P. Ingersoll William P. (Bill) Ingersoll, 66, of Apalachin, passed away Saturday, May 25, 2013, at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. He was predeceased by his parents, Earl F. and Pearl L. Ingersoll; and half brother, Charles C. (Chet) McCormick. He is survived by his son, Bill (Julie) Ingersoll Jr. of Apalachin; two grandsons, Will (Emily) Ingersoll of Hawaaii and Cole Ingersoll of Apalachin; his brother, Ernest F. (Kathy) Ingersoll of Carrabella, FL; nieces and nephews; a close nephew, Todd (Kathy) Ingersoll of Vestal; and a best friend, Nolan Short of Apalachin. Bill worked for the Vestal Water Dept. until his retirement. He loved to play cards and was an avid NASCAR fan. Funeral Services will be held Friday at 1 p.m. from the Coleman and Daniels Funeral Home Inc., St Rt 434, Apalachin. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Apalachin. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home Friday from 12 Noon until time of service at 1.
