Sylvia was loved by all who had the privilege of knowing her. She always had a smile on her face and a tune in her heart. She was a true blessing from God. The family wishes to express sincere thanks to the staff at Riverview Manor in Owego NY, Wilson Hospital's ER, ST3 and ST5 for their kind and tender care.
