Uncle.. was the Uncle any niece could wish for! He was the best! Not only for me but for all us cousins! We will miss him & our hearts will be heavy for along time. Thank you Uncle for a great 53 years,Thank you for being so good to me , charlie & Dianna. We love you!

Uncle Truman was one of the kindest people I knew. And he was so funny! I remember funny little things like him washing my hair in the pond in NH one summer. He was always waiting to see my reaction to one of his jokes and how he always called me his "own personal Jacklyn Smith" because he always said I looked like her.......i always said something like "not likely" or you are going blind".....and then we would laugh. He was the best and I will miss him for the rest of my life. He was so much like my Grandfather who always had a punchline for everything. I loved him.

He was a wonderful,warm, funny, caring, and talented teacher, husband, father, friend, grandpa and former father -in-law. I always felt delighted and blessed to be with the Litwhiler clan.
